As a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I help new mothers create simple, restorative nutrition plans that support healing, energy, and emotional balance.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a holistic nutrition consultant passionate about supporting women through some of the most important (and sometimes vulnerable) seasons of life. I work with women who are preparing to conceive, actively trying, navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and baby nutrition.

My passion for nutrition began with my own journey. Years ago, I lost my period due to under-eating, stress, and PCOS — right when I was longing to become pregnant. That experience opened my eyes to the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit. Instead of quick fixes, I focused on root causes, healing through food, faith, and lifestyle shifts. Over time, my cycle returned, my energy flourished, and I began to thrive again.

Those lessons became the foundation of my work today. I know what it feels like to be out of balance and to long for healing My mission is to help women harmonize their health, reconnect with their bodies, and return to God’s design for healthy cycles, pregnancy, and motherhood.

How do sessions work?

Step 1

Fill out an intake form and and three day food journal. This gives me an idea of what life is like for you and what foods you gravitate to. I take a look to see if there are any lacking nutrients based on what season you’re in.

Step 2

Meet with me virtually or in person (Orlando FL). We go over optimization of food, supplements, and life style that are tailored specifically to your needs.

Step 3

Get a summary of our session to your email and options for follow ups if needed or desired. I believe in setting you up for what’s needed to thrive after a single session. Sometimes additional sessions are helpful for followups or even accountability.
