The foods your child eats during this time play a powerful role in shaping their lifelong health, taste preferences, and relationship with food. As a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I’ll guide you through introducing nutrient-dense, age-appropriate foods that support brain development, digestion, and a strong immune system.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a holistic nutrition consultant passionate about supporting women through some of the most important (and sometimes vulnerable) seasons of life. I work with women who are preparing to conceive, actively trying, navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and baby nutrition.

My passion for nutrition began with my own journey. Years ago, I lost my period due to under-eating, stress, and PCOS — right when I was longing to become pregnant. That experience opened my eyes to the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit. Instead of quick fixes, I focused on root causes, healing through food, faith, and lifestyle shifts. Over time, my cycle returned, my energy flourished, and I began to thrive again.

Those lessons became the foundation of my work today. I know what it feels like to be out of balance and to long for healing My mission is to help women harmonize their health, reconnect with their bodies, and return to God’s design for healthy cycles, pregnancy, and motherhood.
